Alorica Call Center Agent interview questions

Application is made through online representatives of the company. They are often available through job websites and on social media promoting work vacancies. Due to pandemic restrictions, the interview is done through a one-on-one call with an HR officer. Personal information is asked, including experience and educational attainment. Once the initial interview is passed, the applicant is transferred to another interviewer for the final call.

We were directed to a computer to create our profile on the Alorica system and perform a typing test, after which there we were escorted to an office space for an in person interview.
