Easy and smooth. The recruiters were nice and kept me up to date on the process. They sent me emails every other day and left voice messages after each stage. The interviewers were nice too

Interview
One interview with HR recruiter who checks if you meet the minimum requirements. Next Interview with panel of three individuals including hiring manager and two of your potential peers. Start by providing overview of your background and experience. Then they ask 12+ "technical" questions and a few behavior based questions at the end. Very knowledgeable and personable panel of individuals. The difficulty level of the interview will depend on how good your technical knowledge is at the time of the interview. My knowledge was rusty as I was doing more management work and generalist work in my prior two roles.; hence I did not get an offer.
