Allstate interview questions

Went through a phone screening with an in-house recruiter, then had a video interview with the direct manager. The recruiter was dismissive of my questions and not very friendly. The manager was kind and while it was evident the role wouldn't work out from a skills alignment perspective, provided helpful feedback.

The interview process is very streamlined and efficient. You are interviewed by experienced auto technicians. I thought the interview was very personable as well. Make sure you keep safety in mind.
