Interview
Long , if you don’t know how to interview , stop volunteering. There should be training for those folks that want to interview candidates. Take time to ask the right questions for your candidates

Interview
The first step was a recruiter interview. The recruiter will send you a link to a website where you get to voice record your interview answers for questions such as "Tell me about yourself." You can re-record as many times as you need and there is a 5 minute or so time limit on answers. She reviewed my answers and got back to me within 24 hours to pass me to the next round which was a panel interview with 2 team members. I was told 3 candidates go on to the panel interview. In this interview, there are behavioral and industry questions. The third interview is with the hiring manager and a peer senior manager. In the very first recruiter conversation, we talked about salary. I requested a salary that was on the higher end of the range due to years of experience. After the panel interview, I received a call from the recruiter that was not an offer, but she wanted to have a conversation about the pay range and if I'd take about 30k lower than we discussed. I didn't especially like this tactic because it felt as if the offer would go to another candidate if I said no. I ended up emailing her to negotiate and was told they decided to not fill the role.

Interview
Easy interview as long as you have experience but also includes a very thorough background check as well as a drug screening. Camera is required if offered a position and the environment is very micromanaged.
