Allstate interview questions

Interview started with a short test administered on a computer. Basic grammar and basic computer skills. Had to listen to several recorded voices with different dialects and write what was said. Proceeded to one on one interview. This was just them getting a feel for your personality, no tough questoins.

Interview questions were difficult. The HR person first interviewed me and asked very normal HR questions. Next, the hiring manager quizzed me and asked quite personal questions. In fact, I doubt if he would have asked those questions in the presence of HR. At any rate, the interview went fine.
