Allstate interview questions

Filled out an application online. About 6 weeks later received a call to set up a phone interview (they later told me they like to keep the postings open for 6-8 weeks before they start interviewing). After I passed the phone portion I was given a link to take an online test. It was mostly what would you do multiple choice questionnaire. After passing that I had a face to face interview. Basic questions about how would i handle certain situations and asking about my background. Sat with an employee to listen to how they handled a few calls.
