In the interview process they promise you the moon and the stars. They give you "what if" scenarios that focus on best case scenarios that do not exist in reality. They do not tell you anything negative, such as the fact that they change production goals (always increasing) and have and do exercise the right to reduce commissions.

Interview
Applied through the University and heard back via email about two weeks later. Completed a pre interview screening process via email, and then asked to come to a in person interview. Standard behavioral questions, and intense questions about resume and past experiences. Be prepared to answer how you are dedicated for the insurance sector, and Allstate as a firm. Stiff competition, many university and experience professionals apply
