Allstate interview questions

I received an email from a recruiter. Initially I ignored her emails. She was so persistent, I eventually answered. Later I received a phone interview, which was follow up with a lunch meeting with the Regional Director.

I applied online via the internal job posting site. The interview was 30 minutes long and consisted of mostly behavioral interview questions. I provided references and offered to send a cover letter which was welcomed by the hiring manager.
