I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview was pretty striggt just regular interview questions and the hiring manager was pretty easy to so overall great experience and the pay is pretty great too the only downside is that you would actually have to hit some goals eachonth so that is a bit of stress but its all good
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Allstate (Corona, CA) in Jun 2011
Interview
I applied online for the position and waited a couple weeks before hearing anything.
I had to take an online test in the office. I passed the test was able to continue to the interview process.
I then had a 3 panel interview with different managers within the office.
Each manager asked several questions during the interview. The managers in this office were all very nice and easy to talk to. It's been so long since the interview, I can't remember specific questions they asked, however, I do remember being confident in all my answers and feeling like I had a specific answer and instance that I could use to collaborate my answers.
I was hired several weeks later.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me to describe a situation where I personally had to fix someone's problem--whether it be on the job or not.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2013
Interview
Brief, directly with the project manager. We were in a small room and he started asking questions. Just generic questions and I think they are also looking for generic answers. One interview with the manager and one with HR directly. Each cost 30 mins.
