I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Las Cruces, NM) in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied online through Allstate.com on Thursday and Friday I received an email to complete the phone interview. I completed that Monday and on got an email saying that I passed and to complete an assessment. I passed that and they said someone would be in contact with me. On Thursday I got a call to set up an in person interview for Friday. The interview was with two people and asked normal interview questions. I got to see a huddle of a team Ana after the questions they had me sit with someone to watch a couple videos and listen to some calls. After that was over I went back and spoke with the original interviewers and they said they'll give the recruiters and I should hear something next week. Fingers are crossed!
