Allstate interview questions

Started with online submission, phone interview with recruiter, first on-site interview with two team members, then would've been a second on-site interview. The time between the recruiter call and hearing back about the second interview was pretty long...over a month. I thought they'd forgotten about me or I hadn't gotten it. The team I met with on-site was great. Very sharp and friendly. Self-aware. Called back for second interview but had to decline due to another offer.

Normal interview process. Phone interview followed by one on one interview with manager. The phone interview asks a couple of behavioral questions and skims your resume. The managers were very friendly and the place seemed very nice. Overall it is a nice place.
