Interview
Was told there would be 3-4 different phases of the interview process but ended up only having 2 interviews. Fairly easy interview process. All interviews were over the phone.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Allstate (Cranford, NJ) in Jun 2015
Interview
Not terribly difficult but also slightly impersonal. They ask specific scenario questions from a script of questions. Be sure to have a past work examples as the answer to any question.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Columbia, SC) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied for the position on 11/12/15, received an email to participate in an automated telephone interview within 48 hours. I then received another email that I was moving on to the assessment phase. Completed the assessment and immediately got an email that I passed and would receive additional information to proceed. After the holiday I was called by the recruiter for a face to face interview. I am relocating so a face to face interview was great, I drove the 4 hours and interviewed. I was interviewed on 12/4/15 by a team supervisor and manager. The entire process felt a bit off because they repeatedly asked me "if I was sure that I want to proceed with the interview as this was not a typical 9-5 position" I repeatedly replied "yes" after that we proceeded to review my resume, nothing formal or in any order they just skipped around. We then moved to 3 questions a time when you had to be organized, a time when you had to negotiate with a customer, a time when you had to work to resolve an issue. They explained the benefits and salary and the interview was over and I drove back to Atlanta.
