first they get your application, then they do a phone interview, after the phone interview they give you a test to pass, after you pass the test you get a interview in person, interview involves many BDI questions

Filled out application online. 2 days later received invitation for phone interview through Montage. Notified within 10 minutes that I would be moving forward to next step. Passed online customer service assessment. Recruiter called a week later to schedule person to person interview with company on Thursday. Interview was fairly easy. A manager and team leader asked 4 behavioral situation questions and after initial interview I was taken out on the floor to observe current employer while listening to a few calls for half an hour. Manager then walked me out and said I should hear something within a week. Haven't heard anything yet but still holding on to faith and favour.

the interview processes are very complex structured with too many questions that are lengthy and require short quick responses in a fast paced environment with a lot of thought and review and then the team has to review and score the responses to compare to all the competitors and decide if you qualify for the position or not.
