Allstate interview questions

Applied online, then completed some assessments, after that I had a phone interview. If you pass they schedule you for an in person interview with two managers. They ask behavioral questions and go into detail with what you answer, answer in STAR format. The interview was about 40 mins long, I was then walked out and told I would hear something in a week. I received an offer two days later. I completed a background a drug test. And started training two weeks later. Process was fast and it seems like a great company to be at. Awesome work environment !
