Allstate interview questions

Spoke with HR on the phone, and then had in person interview. Met with 4 different people including the hiring manager. Asked behavior based questions, explained the team and what the role entailed.

Submitted app..next day got email for modern hire recorded interview...after that got an email with job details like pay and schedule and if it was okay schedule interview with manager same day got email with job offer. Very very fast process...also no pay negotiation everyone get same pay whether ur licensed or not
