Allstate interview questions

The interview process was relatively short, and included an initial recorded phone interview, followed by 1 to 2 interviews with the hiring manager, and sometimes a colleague on the team. The interview focused mainly on behavior questions that were related to experiences you had and how you responded to them.

Applied for position online, submitted resume, conducted phone interview with HR, in-person interview with Human Resources, hiring Manager and members from the team. All very kind ,thorough and provided expectations if the position was offered.
