Allstate interview questions

When I interviewed for the Licensed Sales Producer role, the process started with a phone screening where they asked about my background and sales experience. After that, I had a virtual interview that focused on my communication skills, ability to meet sales goals, and how I handle customer interactions.

Was accepted into the Insights Programme. Proceeded to be moved onto consideration for the Internships. Throughout the process, was reassured that ghosting was "not in the company culture". Found out I did not receive the internship via the person who was selected on LinkedIn. Did not receive a formal "unfortunately," email until after the person had COMPLETED the internship.
