Allstate interview questions

Received offer to virtual interview 2-3 days after applying. Completed the Recorded Interview within the 6 days allowed. (The interview I was asked questions by prerecorded people then I had 3 minutes to record a response) About 3-5 days later received email for Virtual Interview with real person. Had the interview within the week with two people. One was taking notes and the other asks the questions. The questions were behavioral and STAR Method. I was asked things about how I manage my day, a difficult time or change I had to overcome, discuss the last 5 years of my work history, describe a time I had to make a quick decision. Stuff like that. About 6 questions.

Very professional, responded to questions . Interviewer took their time, explained the process and gave a brief overview of what to expect during the interview. Was made to feel comfortable and did not feel rushed .
