Allstate interview questions

It was a pretty straight forward process. Nothing outside of ordinary. It was good. I liked it. No complaints, seems like a good company culture. It was quite good overall.

No phone screening. No discussion with HR or a recruiter. Video interview with technical staff. Little opportunity to ask my own questions, no opportunity to discuss pay. No follow-up interview. Just being grilled with technical questions for a low-level technical job for 40 minutes. The offered pay would need to be increased by 50% to be acceptable. The company ghosted me when I gave them my acceptable range.
