Multiple contacts and interviews with many of the Allstate recruiters and phone calls. Initially they wanted me to purchase an Allstate Office out of town whom Agent's contract was being cancelled.

Interview
The interview was very casual and I got to admit I was skeptical working in insurance again after working with another agent with another insurance company since I was required to cold call all day. It does range from each agent and what they make you do. If they are an established agent with customers calling in for quotes then you won't be doing much cold calling. Half of my day is service and the other half is quoting.
