Very professional, low stress and informative.
Interview was with the agency owner and office manager.
Before the in person interview, a competency exam was taken online with further questions.
The online portion was more difficult than the in person interview.
Offer was given one week after final interview.
It was a very smooth and nice interview process that allowed for all of my questions to be answered while also giving me the opportunity to learn more about the job itself.

Interview
The interview was very casual and I got to admit I was skeptical working in insurance again after working with another agent with another insurance company since I was required to cold call all day. It does range from each agent and what they make you do. If they are an established agent with customers calling in for quotes then you won't be doing much cold calling. Half of my day is service and the other half is quoting.
