interview process took about 2 weeks. didnt take long to get started. manager only asked a few questions, they were short handed so needed to fill position very quickly. make sure you can work every saturday. and late evenings

They meet with you and tell you how the place is ran, what the expect and what they offer. They tell you that you have to pass a P&C insurance test before you begin. After that your base is 833.33 every 2 weeks(before tax) then you get a commission check at the beginning of every month.
