They meet with you and tell you how the place is ran, what the expect and what they offer. They tell you that you have to pass a P&C insurance test before you begin. After that your base is 833.33 every 2 weeks(before tax) then you get a commission check at the beginning of every month.

Phone interview one on one directly with the interviewer. Would not recommend interviewer clearly violated religious rights and clearly didn’t like religion and made noise about it and didn’t consider. Run from this employer

Interview
I had an interview a week ago. The lady told me that they were going to let me know if I was selected or not for the position. But she never did, I believe they should let people know whether or not get the job. I personally like to hear feedback from the employer.
Behavioral test after submitting application. Received a call from recruiter to discuss position and prescreen interview before meeting with agency owner. Interview with agency owner was pretty straightforward. Entire Process took about 2 weeks.
