Allstate Consultant interview questions

The Hiring Process was very smooth and professional. The Interviews were very conversational and they asked several behavioral type questions. I met with several members of my department who were very warm and accepting. I was treated with respect and did not feel like I was being pressured or looked down at.

Basic core java questions, HR round, no written questions. Questions on past projects, curricular activities, past working experience, J2ee, struts and more. More friendly interview process, nice overall experience. Not so difficult to crack
