Allstate Consultant interview questions

I got a call from recruiter regarding a job vacancy. The technical interview was scheduled at the weekend after I received the call. The technical interview was good. They asked me basics about C#, OOPS, ASP.NET, SQL, LINQ. I was able to answer almost all of the questions, the panel was also very helpful. They helped me when I wasn't able to understand what they expected as an answer. The first round was about 40 mins. Then the HR told me I had cleared the technical interview and the manager round will be scheduled in the next weekdays. After that the manager round was scheduled after 4 days. The manager round was also for about 40 mins. It was almost all situational questions. Then it was the HR round. It was a telephonic discussion. The question was about my personal life, my personal experience, how was I able to handle situations. Overall a very good interview experience

The interview process was very casual and laid back. The questions were straightforward with nothing out of the norm. The interviewer was very personable and friendly. The closing of the interview is reserved for any questions the interviewee may have.
