Allstate Claim Adjuster interview questions

The interview process was very awkward and dull. it was three people 2 man 1 lady both men were very dry and rude energy in the interview. the lady was nice and only one speaking. there was Zero human interaction or emotion or proper greetings when interviewing someone. interview process was very weird I've heard a lot of bad things about the people they let interview. just be calm and stay nice questions are on experience and few star questions, take 45 mins. its also been 3 weeks i haven't got an denial or a offer. {very unprofessional}

Zoom, over the camera at home on the computer. They asked some questions and I had to answer them. It was fairly reasonable. Typical behavior based STAR format. Be prepared and good luck!
