Allstate Claim Adjuster interview questions

Applied online, uploaded resume, cover letter, references got a call 3 days later from a recruiter, set up a time for a phone interview the phone interview was very simple, took about half an hour. I was asked basic "name a time when..." questions that had a focus on customer service.

An hour long.... typical behavioural and situational questions while reviewing in detail what was on your resume from previous employment. Very nice and friendly. Was in front of a panel... One was HR... two to three Hiring Managers from various departments including claims, underwriting, & BI.
