I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Allstate (Irving, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
If you submit 20 or so applications online through their website, you might get lucky enough to get a first interview by phone (easy and laid back), then if the recruiter likes you they'll offer you an in-person interview with several people at once who will try to intimidate you-- they seemed to want to see that I was nervous (I wasn't). It was 4 months after I applied before I got the phone interview and another month after that before I was called back for an in-person interview.
