Selected “no” in my application when asked if I had a guard card. Said “no” to the AI bot that texted me, asking if I had a guard card. I was STILL moved forward to the “interview” (a series of videos you film by yourself answering questions). This took me 25-30 minutes, including preparation. Only AFTER completing this—and having a phone interview scheduled via AI—was I contacted by an actual HUMAN. They told me I needed a guard card to apply. I had assumed they would help me attain one, as many security companies do. Their defective AI and application process WASTED my time.
