Allied Universal interview questions

As long as you have a beating heart, you are a shoe-in. This company has been in rapid decline since recent acquisitions and mergers. Corporate management are stealing money and hiding in off-shore banks before the company goes bust. Do your research.

The interview was fairly standard. They asked the basic questions about work history and what you did and didn't like about past jobs. The manager liked that I was a veteran, and I was offered a job on the spot. Unfortunately, they ended up being fairly disorganized and unprofessional. During the 3 times I was in the office, I heard 2 employees complaining about how they were not paid on time on more than one occasion. I also heard the manager make fun of other people who had just been interviewed, which I saw as unprofessional. I ended up pursuing different job opportunities when it became difficult to find out important information from the management, and it became clear that they were very disorganized when I spoke to other people in the company.
