Allied Universal interview questions

Applied online for position. Contacted weeks later for hands on interview. After first interview, had to go to a secondary interview in a different location. All members involved were very professional and responded to any questions I had.

Interview process was pretty standard. My only issue is the hiring process. They do a drug and fingerprint background check on you. Then, with no heads up, they run another background check on you. Which takes up to three weeks. I'm on week two right now. I was all ready to start, but this setback has caused major issues. I had an interview with another company for slightly better pay and benefits, but the hours weren't what I was looking for. Because of being in hiring limbo, I'm going to take the other job offer and then just go with whatever company gives me a start date first.
