when you first get there they put you all in a room and walk you through a presentation, then get a one on one interview, theyll call you in a group to discuss a senerio, if you pass that you are required to do a drug test. then they tell you its a 6 week process. definatly a waiting game.

A couple of days after applying online, I got an email asking for an online video interview. Quite easy. Two weeks later I got my phone interview. Easy questions, all surrounding personal examples of customer service. Interviewer was hard to understand at times because he had a heavy French accent, but I think I managed well.
