Air Canada interview questions

I applied for Cargo Trainer Level 2. I am currently a Senior Technical Instructor at Schneider Electric, which is Level 2. I'm applying for a similar job and level, but at a different companies/industry. The interviewer describes the job and responsibilities and explicitly states out the hourly wage of 28$/hour (~55,000$). The interview lasted 5 minutes on the phone. See details in section below.

Phone, Group, medical. It was rapid-fire, mainly customer-centric. They wanted to see how you would interact with passengers and manage a very unique workload. In groups you had to complete tasks together, to see how you'd interact with a team and deal with specific scenarios.
