I filled out the job application on September 12, 2019. I was called a week later on September 19 to schedule a phone interview. Which was on September 23 2019. The person who scheduled the interview. Was the person who interviewed me over the phone. The interviewer was nice. I was emailed a package to fill out. Criminal Background check. Drivers Abstract.

Interview
Group interview, little to no explanation on what is required. Basically you respond by “email” to a customer complaint. For 30 min then you switch sides and read a short story and answer questions about it.
Easy and felt supported throughout the whole process. Had to come back a few times for more interviews and go into training. I heard back from them very quickly and was happy to move forward.
