Applied online, interviewed twice in person. Simple application, they were LATE to the interview by an hour with no notice, so that set the tone for the company. Ironically, the manager and HR kept talking about Air Canada and how great the company was, how much they were and continue to grow, discussed less about the role. Fast forward a few months, covid hit the industry, guess it's also a bit of karma. HR was friendly and communications was good.

there was a phone interview which was very casual and I was asked very basic questions about my background and know how of current position followed by personal interview where I was asked to demonstrate few situations
