Interview
They first called me for an initial phone interview then invited me to open hiring day. The open hiring day there were about 40 people. A one on one interview was conducted and if you made it past that you were invited into a group interview.
It was a long process. Had to do a phone interview in french before proceeding to the in person interview which they did one-on-one and group interview. Once you get to the medical stage you're pretty much in.

They will call to schedule a phone interview, after the phone interview there will be a language test. Waited about few weeks , they emailed me for a 1:1 interview and also there will be a group interview on the same day.
