Virtual interview then they would send you an email for a group interview if you pass the virtual interview and another interview with a few other flight attendants. If you pass all of those, you would have to do a Medical test, training. Very intense but rewarding

Interview set up over email and interview done over computer online. Most of process is done through email after. Interview was just standard questions, it is quite easy if you have ever done an interview.
