Interview
About three weeks after submitting in resume I received a call for a week later Zoom interview. I was given an online personality test to do prior to the interview. The Zoom interview was straight forward with typical customer service interview questions. Interviewer is nice and explains things. After the interview I wrote a thank you email, and in three weeks a follow up email. Th wait is upsetting since there isn't any response. Then about one month later HR Air Canada sends an email thanking me for my time and because I didn't respond to their contacts my case is closed. I felt my application is neglected, stashed away somewhere and forgotten by HR. They're pulling the no response from my end card to end my case.
