The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview was on Teams. It was with HR and a senior Webmaster. They asked questions about my experience with web and graphic design, how I interact with others' situations, and what kind of tasks I did in the past, and the senior webmaster told me about what kind of tasks I will be doing (mostly related to Photoshoping images), but it seems that she wasn't able to describe it correctly. The HR person was the one that could describe it.
They told me they will get back to me after 1 week.
After that week, I send a follow-up about my position. I got a declined reply a couple of days but it wasn't for the position that I applied for (webmaster), but for a Flight Attendant position, for which I've not applied.
