Interview
It had 3 steps: HR screening - Manager interview - On-the-spot testing. Overall, the questions were predictable. For the on-the-spot testing, I was given half an hour to work on specific research design.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2023
Interview
One of the worst recruiting experiences ever. The recruiter has no communication skills and directly calls for the HR screening without providing time slot options. They gave an assignment prompt without any details on how to present it and time duration of the presentation, and when I asked follow-up questions, they ghosted me. Someone from the recruiting team called me after 3 weeks asking me to present the assignment in the next 2 days. After my presentation, I sent a thank you note and got ghosted again. The recruiter and hiring team have no basic courtesy and I would never consider interviewing for this company again.

Pour l’instant j’ai eu une entrevue avec le Rh. Je vais modifier au fur et à mesure mais il reste une 2e entrevue et un business case en présentiel. C’est un peu intense selon moi mais en même temps c’est une compagnie de renom
