Interview
Interviewer called one random day about a week after application submission from Montreal and asked a bunch of questions regarding my core values, and stressful situations. Pretty standard stuff from most customer service positions. Believe me it's nothing that would really throw you off. What bugged me is I asked for clarification at times, and he just responded with "say what you think" rather than explaining what they were looking for. The interview was about 10 minutes, and felt like it went fairly well all things considered. HR manager said they would contact me within a week or so regardless of what happens after they discussed my application and answers with HR in Winnipeg (where the job was).
I received no answer back within a week. I called the HR in Montreal and received no response. I left it for 2 weeks, I called back again with a voicemail for the gentleman I spoke with, again no answer and no response back. I was GUARANTEED at least an E-Mail to let me know that the position had been filled. 3 months later, dead silence. Very annoying experience. A blessing in disguise perhaps?

Interview
Many steps - first phone interview, then one-on-one face interview, then personality test, then language test (French and English spoken only), then medical exam (drug test, vision, blood, urine, hearing, etc.), then background check, then group interview, then phone call!

The group interview was the hardest. You have to talk over everyone to be heard and there were like 4 people awkwardly observing you.
I applied online and got a call to come in for a written test. I had to answer 50 questions in 30 minutes. Then there was a job interview. After this there was a medical. Still waiting to hear back. This was about a week ago and I am going to contact them soon.
