Air Canada interview questions

Initially called for a (surprise) phone interview (in English and French), which was followed by a language test the following week (for English and French). Completed an online cognitive/behavioural assessment, and a few weeks later was called again for an in-person interview. There, I had a one-on-one interview, followed by a group interview several hours later. Overall the process was more laid-back than I expected, and each of the interviewers over the different stages (by phone and in-person) went out of their way to make me and the other candidates feel at ease, even offering tips for nerves. Surprisingly comfortable for a job interview process, and seemed like a pleasant, co-operative work environment.

I applied on the website and the following week an An Air Canada representative called randomly and asked for an impromptu interview. She asked a bunch of questions that were on the application form itself, so they were nothing too difficult. Following the interview she said that she would call back to schedule a linguistic interview (as the system was down), but has yet to do that.
