Interview
I have done three interviews in total. the two of them were on the phone and the third one was at the A.C headquarters. For me, all the interviews went well. I believe, I did good at each interview. The questions of the three are related to general skills and I do believe AC human resources team is just trying, through those questions, to see our ability to deal or to manage with stress situation.

Interview
Phone interview, which was very quick (under 10 minutes). Asking basic questions (see below) and then scheduled a language interview a week later. Make sure your answers are very clear and straight to the point. Use the S.T.A.R formula when explaining a situational question. Person doing the interview was very polite and made sure to answer all my concerns after. Ex: how proficient do you have to be in the other language you stated.

Interview
Its quite long. They will first call you for a general interview, if you pass they will make an appointment for a linguistic interview. Then, in my case, 3 months later they call you for a one on one interview at the head office. There also, you first have an interview one on one, then a group interview which is a scenario.
