I was actually surprised that I got an unexpected call within 12 hours after submitting an online application form. The phone interview was pleasantly conducted by a nicely-speaking gentleman and I appreciated that he was speaking in a very clear manner.

first you will have to do a language test, they will test you language ability, then you will go through a basic face to face interview at their office, pretty much it was simple HR questions, not too hard, and also you will call in for a final interview with your department managers and they will give you real life situations

Interview
They conduct their preliminary interviews over the phone. The HR worker was extremely polite and they don't throw any odd questions. The main goal of the interview is to try and know more about you to see if they believe you would be a good fit within the company. Overall it was a relatively relaxed phone interview and the interviewer made you feel comfortable. They emphasized the fact that they much prefer bilingual employees. Part of the interview was conducted in English and part in French.
