Interview
Different steps - phone interview, phone interview to test language skills, person interview, group interview was the last one. It was all a fair process, didn't feel hard. Be prepared to know scenario type situations.
My favourite was the one on one interview only because it was the most comfortable setting.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Air Canada (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
I applied online and received the phone call at the very next day after. I didn't expect and have enough time to prepare. I think the 1st interview was not really smooth due to embarrassing but still waiting for the 2nd phone call.
I applied online. I interviewed at Air Canada (Calgary, AB) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online June 2016. First call of August 26th, we booked an appointment September 6th for a phone interview. It was easy in English and French. The following day was my test for English and French (conversation in both languages asking me about my experience, what's hard about my current job, asking about my last big trip...things like that). I still have an Arabic test coming up then I will post an update about the next step.
