Interview
I'm posting this because I was able to get a lot of guidance for my self from this website and want to give back.
1) Phone interview
2) Language assessments over the phone - soon after your phone interview
3) Online assessment - couple tests you complete online that test your mental capacity
4) Face to face interview - i got called for it a few weeks after my last language assessment
5) Medical Test - if you didn't get the medical test at the face to face interview, from my experience, chances are slim to get a call for the job offer, i'd continue to apply for other jobs, but you never know, there may be a situation they didn't hire enough people and your reviews by the interviewers left positive feedback; only 2 people out of the group of 10 i was in got the medical, luckily i was one of them, obviously i don't know for sure how they operate exactly
6) Exactly a month later, i got a call with the job offer

Interview
Applied online in Sep 2016, had a phone interview on Nov 1st. After phone interview, did online assessment the same day. Then had 3 linguistic interviews in the same week. Got a call for F2F interview on January 11, 2017. Had f2f interview on Jan 21st, and was booked for medical for the next day. We were told that we will find out the results in 4 to 6 weeks. It's been 3 weeks since medical. Waiting is very hard. Is anybody in the same boat, who had interview on Jan 21st, and had medical after that. Has anyone heard back after the medical. Can anybody please give me an update. I selected that I didn't get the offer as I am still waiting for an answer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were mainly about previous customer service experiences, for ex, when you helped a difficult customer, when you went above and beyond your duty to help someone. When you felt stressed because you had to do too many things and how did you handle it. Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2017
Interview
Two phone interviews:
1) General Interview
2) Language test interview
After passing that there is a online test about your skills
1) numerical skills
2) vocabulary skills
Then there was the in person interview. It was in a banquet hall full of tables where other interviews were being held at once. The interviewer was very cold, uninterested, and did not make eye contact. She kept looking around the room which was very disrespectful. I was unlucky to have this person interview me as the other interviewers were very enthusiastic and warm.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were situational customer service questions based on previous experiences. Be prepared to talk about all kinds of situations, good and bad with customers and team members. I ran out of answers so I would suggest preparing for this in advance.
