I applied online on August 24, 2017 and immediately got a video interview to do. There were 16 questions in total. The first of them were yes or no questions, and the rest was actual behavioral questions and asking about your work experience. There was no deadline for to complete it. I did the video the next day August 25th. On the 28th I received an email for face to face interview. September 12th I came in with my resume, diploma, and printed papers that was required. On the 14th, I got an email to do 3 assessments and to call for drug testing.

met at Air Canada location. long wait time for interviewer to call me as there wère lots of job seekers. the dress code was business professional. a cotractor was hired to conduct this part of the HR role. felt very relaxed and was able to answered every question.
The interviewer was friendly. He introduced himself and he asked me about driver license diploma and security clearance form. Then he asked me 5 questions. There were behavior question and one question was why you apply for this position.
