Air Canada interview questions

Submitted thru the company job posting. The link for the video interview was sent right away, which I did not do right away. Two days later, they called and offered phone interview. I spent about 15 min answering questions. And now I am scheduled for language interview the next day.

They call you for a quick phone interview, ask you basic questions, and then schedule you for a in person interview. The in person interview is with HR, your manager, and a few other people. Questions are mostly behavioural and situational in order to determine your personality fit. They also give you a case to work on and present.
