I applied online and immediately got asked to do a online video interview (answering the questions and having 30 seconds to prepare each time). The next week, I got asked to do a Linguistique test on the phone. We pretty much just spoke in French then in English for 20 minutes ( it wasn't stressful at all) I'm now waiting for the next step.
