I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC)
Interview
The interview were all pretty simple and straightforward. There was an initial phone interview, followed by a language test over the phone and with a one on one interview.
The only issue was that the process was very lengthy. They kept on postponing the answer date. After my last interview, they told me that they will get back to me within the next 2 weeks, whether it is was positive or negative. After the 2 weeks, I called them and they told me to wait another week. A week later still nothing... I got an email saying to wait another 2 weeks. They called me back 5 weeks and a half after my last interview . Therefore do not worry if they don’t call back within the 2 weeks, the process is quite lengthy.

Interview
Applied in September, a week later did the video interview, got a call on November 5th thinking it was additional interview questions, but it was only to schedule my language assessment and to receive additional information about the job. Language assessment 2 days later, and now waiting for the rest to continue. Was told it could take up to 2 weeks to receive any info about either a rejected status or invitation for f2f
